At Productos Termoformados SRL we work to guarantee the highest quality thermoformed products. However, we understand that situations may arise in which an exchange or return may be necessary.
General terms and conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receipt of the product.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Cases in which the refund applies
Manufacturing defects or damage to the product received at the time of delivery.
Error in the order (model, size or quantity different from that requested).
Procedure
Contact us by email or WhatsApp indicating the order number.
Attach photos of the product to validate the case.
Once approved, you will be able to opt for:
Product replacement.
Credit note for future purchases.
Reimbursement of the amount (depending on the method of payment used).
